What personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
Account details (name, email, date of birth, city), profile content (photos, bio, Vybb DNA traits), content you post, messages, ticket and booking records, location when you choose to share it, and basic device and usage information.
3. Why we use it
To run your account, show relevant plans and people, process tickets and bookings, keep members safe, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share with
Our hosting and database provider, payment processors (such as M-Pesa where enabled), mapping services, and organisers of events you book. Full list of processors: [TO BE CONFIRMED]. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Your controls
You can hide your online status and city, turn on Ghost Mode, block members, export your data and delete your account from Settings and My Safety Center.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing of your personal data, and you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
7. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it after account deletion, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
