How we fight scams and how to protect yourself.
1. Warning signs
Be wary of anyone asking for money, M-Pesa transfers outside Vybb, or personal financial details.
2. Pay inside Vybb
Pay for tickets and bookings through Vybb only. Payments made outside the app are not protected.
3. What we do
We monitor for suspicious activity and may suspend accounts involved in fraud and share information with authorities where the law requires.
