How payments, Vybb points and virtual gifts work.
1. Payments
Payments are made through M-Pesa where enabled. Merchant of record: [TO BE CONFIRMED].
2. Vybb points
You earn 100 points per event check-in. 10 points are worth KES 1 when spent on tickets, gifts or featured spots. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
3. Virtual gifts
Gifts are digital items with no cash value to the sender once sent. Gift prices come from the Vybb catalogue.
4. Payouts
Talent and creator payouts are processed manually by our team. Payout schedule: [TO BE CONFIRMED].
