Events, Ticketing & Booking Policy

Rules for buying tickets, hosting events and booking talent.
1. Organisers
Organisers are responsible for their events: accurate details, safety, licences and delivering what they advertise.
2. Tickets
Each ticket has a unique QR code checked at the door. Tickets are for the named holder and may not be resold through Vybb.
3. Talent bookings
DJs, MCs and other talent send quotes that you accept and pay through Vybb. A 20% platform fee is deducted from the talent's quoted amount.
4. Event changes
If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, ticket holders will be notified. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
