The agreement between you and Vybb when you use the app.
1. Who we are
Vybb is operated by Vybb Technologies Ltd (company registration number [TO BE CONFIRMED]). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Vybb is for adults aged 18 and over. Your age is checked when you finish signing up, and accounts that misstate age may be removed.
3. Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Using Vybb
You may use Vybb to discover events, venues and plans, chat with members, join squads and circles, post to your Gallery and buy tickets. You must follow the Community Guidelines at all times.
5. Paid features
Tickets, talent bookings and virtual gifts may cost money or Vybb points. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can appeal decisions through the Appeals page. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
7. Limitation of liability
Vybb connects people and organisers but does not run most events. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what happens at events or meetups organised by others.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Specific dispute venue: [TO BE CONFIRMED].
